What button do you wish was on POS? I’ll go first cream/coffee base, Vanilla blonde latte/vanilla latte, milk on the side (we get a lot of the steamed milk on side)

i would kill for a milk on the side button , we get so many shaken espressos with milk on the side , and it’s so weird ringing it up 💔

I agree with milk on the side. Fork (my manager makes us ask for all eggbites and if they want one, we have to do an askme), drink carrier, shaken (we've been getting a lot of these requests lately and I think there should be a charge for a shaken latte).

ugh there’s a new law in our district (or state maybe? CA.) where we’re not allowed to give out utensils unless people ask. SOOO many angry people at us for something we can’t control 😭

A lot of food carts in my area only give utensils if you ask but I think that's to cut their own cost.

Theres someone at my store who get an iced coffee with i forget which kind of milk but they want it shaken up every time. I agree with the shaken button too!

This is just me being bitter and it's not gonna happen because it's so niche, but "can you write x on the cup?" I've been getting a lot of those lately. Yesterday (Sunday peak), they have a $60+ drive thru order, I'm the only one on bar (yeah shortstaffed) they have multiple traps, blended refreshers, and they want us to write, #summerlife and 'love you!' On some cups. My DTR said they tipped absolutely nothing.
So...maybe more of a "you're annoying" mandatory tip button.
