I am not arguing that they're misrepresenting, lying, and trying to weasel out of their legal obligations. However, I work at a union store and we were explicitly told that if we have Starbucks health insurance, we WILL be eligible for reproductive care benefits.
Like, it was said clearly to all supervisors in the store. They have been clear about what they won't be giving us, but they were equally clear that we will have this.
