Hello! So I’ve been promoted to shift supervisor and my first keyholder shift is tomorrow. I was wondering if anyone could list the shift tasks for all day parts for me?? I want to start my first day off right and I want to be prepared!

When you come in, lock door behind you.
turn off alarm, do a lobby check. Make Ice coffee.
Start your tasks like counting milks(mark and fifo) checking temps, counting safe and till drawer.
Don’t forget to verify the amount on the Ipad.
Restock or refill your rtd&e.(protein boxes, water bottles, etc.) if needed. Set your play for the day on play builder app.
Approve and do your daily order. After 10am, you can do your 18hr pull. Try to run breaks 2hrs after the partners arrival. (Don’t stress this during peak) if you are there until 12pm do the mid-day count in safe. (Deposits and tip bags) During peak you likely want to be in support. Non peak you’d want to be somewhere you can see the whole store. Bar, register, or customer support.
