Our store manager extended store hours but for some reason I went from 20 hours a week (before extending hours) to 22 hours (after hours extended but my availability hadn’t updated) to 30/36 hours a week back to 20 now its 9 hours. I’ve done nothing wrong that could leave me to believe that I would be put on less. In fact I’ve been working with my sm to be a coffee master/SSV. I don’t understand why my hours are like this. Someone else mentioned since we have new store hours we have less labor or something the sm isn’t putting a lot of people on in one day and just giving full shifts. Does anyone know what this could be?
