Thank you so much! I first became a partner in 2015. I’ve worked in 6 stores and had 6 SM’s. I learned early on that WHO you work with can make all the difference in what your experience is like. I had the very best SM and I knew that was a once in a lifetime situation. If her store was closer I’d go back to her in a heartbeat!! This is my first experience with this kind of SM. It’s so strange to me that it seems like they just don’t care about the partners. There’s no feeling of a team at all, if that makes sense. Sorry this is so long. I really want to make this work and I’m sad that it doesn’t seem like the SM would care if I left. It’s weird bc I thought we clicked in my interview. Guess the true colors are coming out now.
