As a shift, I would have been like I'm their manager and you need to leave. I will not tolerate my partners being abused by customers yelling at or swearing at them and the third place applies to us too.
And then I'd file an incident report.


Now when people insisted you added it to the cup they touch. I just make them put it on the counter and pop the lid off. I don't take anything out of their hands, cause people are dumb and if they spill it on themselves I don't want to be blamed.
