So confused here. Water does go in hot chai. If you’re talking about iced chai than ya no water but some customers assume because water goes in a hot chai that we do the same for iced because they don’t know.

To everyone saying water does go in hot chai, obviously your right, that should be pretty obvious. But at my liscensed store we only make chai with all milk, never water(unless asked which is rare). Our customers enjoy it much more and with the feedback we've gotten over the last 6ish month our krobux higher up people are still giving us the go ahead due to the positive reactions from customers.

Sooooo for the people commenting,, my store also doesn’t put water in hot chais anymore. That’s what we’ve been taught. I thought all stores stopped putting water in chais cause that’s how my partners and SM tell customers when they say no water, we respond by saying, “oh we actually don’t use water anymore, it’s been removed from the recipe” so there’s that lol:))
