I got told my dress was too short at work today. Is this warranted or just fatphobia? (picbun.com)

Fatphobia, I wear skirts that length or slightly shorter consistently, never been told it was inappropriate because according to dress code it's not, skirts should be less than 4 inches above the knee which yours is definitely less than 4 inches above.

nah, that’s fatphobia. i’ve worn dresses that are just below mid thigh and my SM and shifts have literally complimented me on them

Wait we can wear dresses??
Chub-boat 2 points 1y ago
Yes!! Same color/pattern rules as everything else but go ahead and get your dress on!!

Fatphobia without a doubt

i thought it was part of dress code tho that whatever dress one wears, (regardless of length (after dress code)), it needed some sort of leggings/stretch to go with it

idk tho. all my dresses that i’ve worn are at mid-shin level or lower so i can’t comment.

but your dress looks appropriate. like?? it does fit dress code. i’m not sure why they’re giving you a hard time with it. but i do wanna say that dress looks hella cute

This is the old one but the new one only states that leggings can only be worn if they're under a skirt or dress. You're within dress code 👍🏻 your dress isn't 4" above your knees.
