I had a looot of those types of orders yesterday. One of my other partners quipped “is today ‘hit every button day’ for customers?”

This is so damn far from an iced blonde vanilla latte. Don’t ya just love when customers order an already flavored drink and then remove that flavor, then load it with a bunch of other flavors? A blonde vanilla latte with no vanilla, add dark caramel and cinnamon dolce syrup? LOL. Help me make it make sense

Goes to show they don’t have a damn clue what they’re ordering, and the amount of modifications offered gives them WAY too much power and encourages ridiculous ordering.

So many orders are modified so heavily to the point that they’re nothing like the standard of the particular drink, and it’s just silly to me.

I'm more put off by their name than their order. Heaven spelled backwards, is that seriously still a thing?

at least they put in the mod for caramel right. i’ve already gotten complaints bc they put “extra caramel drizzle” and they don’t get it on the inside

someone came to my old store and would regularly order a grande toasted vanilla oatmilk shaken espresso, sub sugar free vanilla, sub soy, regular espresso instead of blonde. we explained multiple times how to order it correctly and she still ordered the same way every time.

Is it just my customers, or is everyone who asks for caramel walls usually the most entitled person you see all day?

Has the ridiculous drinks order gotten more ridiculous over the last few years? I left at the end of 2018 and we would occasionally get crazy mobile orders but I definitely didn't see them often

the way they could have literally ordered a cinnamon dolce latte and made it blonde and it would have saved so much room on the sticker 😭😭😭 of course their name is nevaeh too 💔
