this lady had JUST placed her order as i was handing out a drink to cafe. she looked me dead in the eye and was like ‘is that my drink?’ and i said ‘this is a hot caramel macchiato w 2 raw sugars and whip cream.’ keep in mind; THIS IS NOT HER DRINK. she proceed to try to take the drink as the customer who ordered it was approaching the counter to pick up THEIR drink. the lady goes ‘no, not mine but i’ll take it off your hands. sounds delish!’ … like what

Anytime someone ordered a hot drink but grabs a frap/iced drink (and vice versa) “is this mine?”

Our restrooms have number locks on them for a code. Customers walk to the restrooms, then ask us “is there a code?” (Noooo, we put those number locks there for decoration)

“Do you guys have restrooms?” (Nope. We sh!t in the parking lot 🙃)
