We have this older gentleman that comes in every single day and he is always talking smack to the baristas (jokingly) so as a joke one of the partners made this with a pic we took of him when we were testing our Polaroid. He could not stop laughing π (i.redd.it)

Yout SM allows this behavior from customers? I would never allow ANYONE to speak to me like that. I'd call the police if those threats (joking or not) were said to me.

I was gonna say, nowhere did I say threats. Itβs little things like he will say we are goofing around when he knows we work hard or things that we know he knows we do and tells us constantly we are great but he says things as a joke. What the heck?
