Yesterday I made a drink for a mobile order and omfg it looked so good. I think it was a caramel frappe w 3 affogato shots and when I handed it to her, it was seeping on the sides and it looked so fucken good goddamn

Affagatos are the only way to do frappes with espresso bc otherwise a lot of the espresso is lost with the leftover frappes. I see it all the time with people who order shots in the mocha cookie or caramel ribbon. Like babe half your shots went down the drain you paid $3 for that shit. Just get them on top 💅🏼

On top of the drink, I leave some room in the cup and then whip. Thankfully she didn’t want whip.
