Yes! One of the most annoying things is when you greet the customer in drive and they say “can I JUST get a grande cold brew” you say “ok, your total is $…” and then they say “JUST one more thing. I need 3 grilled cheese” you give them the new total and put the order through and they say “oh wait can we also get a venti caramel Frappuccino and 2 orders of egg bites” I’m not making this up! Seriously happens like that. I often say “people really need to learn the meaning of ‘just’.” 😖🤦🏻♀️

Lol on the flip side of this, once I went in to order six drinks (I know, I’m sorry it was so many!). And I started by saying “I am going to be ordering six drinks.” And after EVERY ONE I ordered the barista said “and will that be all for you today?” 💀 I know she was just doing her job but it killed me lmao

If you started by saying you were getting six drinks I would NOT have been asking you that between drinks. I don’t ask that after each item. That’s annoying and I’m trying to make the customers visit a happy experience.

Then after you simply ask “what size?” They give you ALLLLL of the modifications all over again.
