I follow it meet all the things like the one year thing, Meeting my roles standards, I’ve done quite a few coffee tastings almost 2 coffee passports (focusing on different things), and I did the coffee academy stuff before June 20th 2022. I have notes from the mods that I took and have been non stop trying to inspire others in their coffee journal and teaching more about it to customers and other partners. My sm said to just keep doing it. They said to come up with a cofffee story and I have. I keep listing out what I’ve done and plan to do and keep getting yeah just keep doing that” type of thing. I am not just doing this for the black apron or anything like that. I do love to teach others about coffee it just feels like all he work I’ve done means nothing and that no one really cares about all the work I’ve put in
