We’ve been doing one bottle vanilla, 3L of heavy cream and 2L of 2% per our SM so I would think that’s right 🤷♂️

A cube holds three pitchers, so triple the standard recipe. 1050 mL of vanilla, 3 liters of heavy cream, 1.8 liters of 2%. A bottle of vanilla should be 1 L but it’s almost always slightly more so I almost never have to crack open a second one for a cube.

There’s no official standard for a cube. The best way quality-wise is to make a 2L pitcher three times, which would be 3L heavy cream, 1.8L 2% milk, and 1.05L vanilla (one bottle plus a few pumps). Just mix very well and ideally also mix before pouring from the cube into a 2L pitcher.

i always remember it as 123. so 1 bottle vanilla, 2L 2% and 3L heavy cream.

3L heavy cream, 2L 2%, 1L vanilla (one bottle) will do the trick. Make it in the cubes with measurements on the side for maximum efficiency.
If you're storing it in the fridge, make sure you stir it before pouring into pitchers. It will separate and the ratio will be off pitcher to pitcher otherwise. If you try to foam it and get something liquidy, add a splash of heavy cream to the blender and blend again.
