I worked at a pretty small cafe and got decent tips when I started at Starbucks a few months back. Now I work at new drive through in our district. My question is does nobody tip at drive through I know we have a bigger staff but I feel like tips people only tip change and most of the time nothing. I know we are a new store and sometimes wait times aren’t the best but overall people get all of their items correct. I expected with coming to a larger store I would get more tips.
