this is just me being irritated but I cannot stand when customers spit out their order at you and it has 5 drinks each with modifications. Like please we are all in a rush but I cannot remember all of your modifications and drinks while im still typing in the first one. Then when you ask them to repeat it they talk condescendingly slow. Like I'm not dumb I would just appreciate it if you didn't make me memorize your order.

I hate this especially since I have a hard time hearing cuz it’s always so loud in my store, and they look annoyed when I ask them to repeat their order again or to speak up. Like bro you spoke the same volume twice. And I hate it when they say it all fast and the system becomes slow

or when they say “extra hot quad 4 pump almondmilk no foam double cupped sugar free vanilla latte. Venti!” and i’m like . What . Bc I can’t hit any buttons until I know it’s a latte >:(

I have a very hard time with this, I also have hearing issues already to begin with so I really struggle
I usually just have to ask them to repeat it slower and explain I have hearing issues and they usually slow it down, some don't tho

I’m trying to get better at multitasking for DTO but Jesus people just throw drink modifications at me without clarifying size or iced. You want a mocha caramel with oat milk with chai and cinnamon….. do you want an espresso drink or a frappe. Help me help you. (It was a caramel frappe btw)
