I don’t see why you should remake a drink for free if you weren’t the store that messed it up lol. Just people trying to get free shit.

if they have the whole drink or half of it i always trust them because usually they’re just in a hurry to get somewhere and can’t go back to the original store, otherwise i ask for a receipt for proof (just for good conscience on my part). but i usually just “make the moment right” and remake it for them for free rather than make them angry, because we are supposed to remake drinks made incorrectly from other stores. if it’s a customer who does that more than once then i would be strict and not make it for them, or I’d tell them to stop going to the other store lol.
