Handcrafting food and beverages, multitasking while making up to a drink a minute on bar, reaching resolution with upset customers, maintaining a welcoming third place along with the spirits of all the guests, handling cash and the responsibility of register (along with tips if that applies), making the moment right in difficult situations. I’m no expert on resumes or anything, but to me the hardest and most significant part is the resolving of problems that you didn’t even cause (out of some ingredients etc.). Enforcing standards.
