Venti iced latte made with sweet cream & syrup. Iced espressos should not be getting more than 4oz of milk

Tired of people with their iced triple espressos in venti cups with whatever milks 🙄

idk but there should def be an extra charge if they’re getting sweet cream as their milk in their latte. we don’t have enough of that shit already

I might upset some folks with this, but I put in orders exactly how customers say. I'm done with putting them in the correct way then getting yelled at by them. (Also because if the app won't correct them, I sure as hell won't.)

You want an Iced Quad Espresso with 6 pumps Mocha, and Oatmilk to the top? There you go. I'm not going to argue with you about why your sticker says "Iced Mocha, etc.".

I even ask, "Do you want a splash of milk, or milk to the top?" Because most customers don't really know what they're ordering. I literally have a regular who shows us the same sticker every damn day of an Iced Americano, but it says 2% as in 2% to the top, no water. He just shoves the phone in our face.

Today I literally had someone go, "Can I get an Iced Frappuccino?" "Which one did you want?" "I said an Iced Frappuccino!" "We have different flavors of them, so which one would you like today?" "I don't know? Vanilla?" Like, just... huh? I don't know. Customers are on something.
