I just have strict availability at each one, so one is my morning job and one is my night job. It's a lot, but desperate times call for desperate measures.

I can't make it work personally, but the supervisors I work with that do have strict availability for each job.

The only problem is, Starbucks can and often does violate your availability if they feel like it. So I would make sure that your other job has extremely regular hours that are not the same as hours that you're scheduled at your work

My store has a lot of racism and favoritism due to a poor decision in a temporary SM, due to the high stress I opted to reduce my hours and days and grab a second job. Best decision I've made in a while.
I do wish to make a career at Starbucks, but until we get our proper SM back, or I am financially able to move to another city, I just can be at my store for 32+ hours and 5-6 days a week.
