Mainly on CS this morning. Got on POS for a quick second and i got asked “Can I get a iced matcha latte with light oatmilk…” even her own friends were asking her wtf she trying to order. (self.starbucksbaristas)

I tried to decipher what she was saying and I even asked if she wanted extra ice😭😭 Sometimes customers don’t know what they’re ordering
