we’ve always had problems with stealing but its getting crazy. we have this family that is always trying to scam us. the husband starts by confusing the pos partner (usually a green bean) trying to get free food. when that doesnt work he waits for it to get busy and sends his KID to take rtd stuff. this one lady would steal impulse items and tried to take a cup once. a few months ago someone literally stole one of our PATIO TABLES???? our store is in a mildly “high risk” area so its a constant issue.

A PATIO TABLE?? Lmao whatttt. Im curious on the visual of that lol like were they trying to drag it away and had trouble? Or did 2 people come and grab it together and run with it? Lolol that is wild. Maybe they wanted to sell it online or to someone they kno who is looking for one or even maybe to use it for themselves. That is literally insanity lol

we have alot of homeless people in our area and a few “live” in our plaza. it happened at night so i image a few drunk/high people trying to drag it off the patio💀💀

There's a family in our district (usually like extended family, 10+ people in a group) who use the same tactics, sending their older kids to confuse the partners on pos and bar while the younger ones just take stuff. It's bizarre and the first time it happened to us I had no idea at all what was going on. They go to different stores every week. We kind of just deal with it, but if they managed to take a table that'd change things lmao.

We get quite a few thefts. We’ve had patio chairs and umbrellas taken. Now we lock them up. We also have a customer who orders through mobil and then steals rtde when they pick up their drink.

we’ve had a few guys that will come in and steal cups. we have a small lobby, so the cup display is right by the door. but it cracks me up cause they will grab and armful of cups and sprint
