Bro… The customer came, saw the drink, and then claimed that she meant to order a strawberry açai lemonade and not this… And made me remake the drink. How do you confuse a strawberry açai lemonade for this? Starbucks needs to get rid of customer satisfaction as a component of the brand bc too many customers feel comfortable taking advantage of it

This is why I don’t make these drinks until they arrive and confirm that that’s actually what they want. I also proceed to belittle them while I’m at it. I don’t care and I’ll do it again if I ever get a drink like this.

Extra ice, that’s like a drop of each liquid in your $10 drink. Why not just go get a normal smoothie somewhere else

Ok but why didn’t they order a dragon drink if they wanted mango dragon with coconut milk 😭 also why toasted vanilla? Regular vanilla would be better. I’d drink *that* blended with crème base *but* I would not order it unless I was the one making it after.
