just need somewhere to vent about how a new-ish partner at my store is working almost 20 hrs more than me (and others) even though our SM keeps saying she's trying her best to give us all more hours and will offer us any shifts that open up. we had a partner leave and somehow he managed to get all her shifts even tho i never saw them up for offer in the gc or the app. and that means he's literally doing two shifts some days, like not staying extra or coming in early - he'll have a morning shift, go home, and then come back later for another shift. i'm so frustrated we're out here literally begging for shifts and he's just getting them handed to him. he's literally working more hours than some of our SSVs.

idc if i'm being dramatic, 20 hours is a hell of a difference on a paycheck and i am just so so stressed
