You are supposed to be scheduled for the “300” mod get approved by dm and sm to take it. You have to be employed for a year, fill out a coffee passport and show a passion for coffee by doing tastings. I recommend doing some additional tastings and writing things down in your coffee notebook. There’s something on it in partnerhub that says all this in better detail I’ll try and find the link. For me my sm wants me to do another coffee passport (a few actually) and a lot of tastings. Edit it won’t let me paste the link but you can look it up on partnerhub from home or at work. It should also be in the weekly update for the 27th I believe
