I’ve been offered shift supervisor and I’ve only been there for 6 months but I still consider myself a green bean. No one new has been hired since I started so I think I’ll stop thinking that I’m a green bean once new people are hired.

I like to think once everything starts to click that’s when you’re not a green bean, you then become a blonde bean then decaf then signature
