So my manager, my coworkers, and most of our regular customers are actually really wonderful. I enjoy working at Starbucks, this one any way. Everyone has been extremely kind and patient with me as I learn the ropes. Minimal drama between coworkers, just personality differences that don't interfere much.

But my body cannot handle being on my feet all day. I have muscle and nerve damage in my legs that seriously improved, leading me to believe I could handle a service position. I am struggling so much with full body pain and extreme exhaustion no matter the shift duration. I really love my store but I just don't think I'm going to make it through much longer and it makes me sad. I'm lucky to have such a decent group of people to work with. I know how bad some baristas have it.

Disabilities suck ):

We have several people at my store that share similar struggles. starbucks is really good at working with people with disabilities and finding reasonable accommodations! we have one girl who’s scheduled about 4 times a month. she’s normally scheduled during non busy times and can leave early if she needs to. maybe you can work out something like that? i understand you might also need another job but if you like the environment you don’t need to leave!! i hope you get it figured out. im glad you have a supportive store.
