This is a note I wrote my team after one my of coworkers got frustrated that she was closing the store by herself. I worked at a licensed store. Having one closer wasn't out of the norm for our store, but she started writing in the Daily Records Book that she felt like there wasn't enough teamwork going on in our store, that tasks weren't being completed to prepare the next coworker for their shift. So I wrote this note as a general idea that closing tasks can start being done as soon as early in the morning. And this is how well my team took it, including my supervisor.

They're not. That's because my supervisor and whichever coworkers of mine wrote those comments in the margins think that a closer can do all of that work within a three-hour period while also serving customers.
