And light foam, add whip, extra hot. The crazy thing was it was a mobile order so I double checked with her that's what she wanted and then I made it and then she was upset when I handed her a drink in grande cup. I still don't know what she was thinking....

Don’t try to rationalize what customers do. Most of them are obviously stupid and there’s no rhyme or reason to their orders.

I know there is some glitch in the app that puts drinks in smaller sized cups.
Same thing happened to me a while ago and I swear theyre just tuned out and saying yes to everything when we ask them if they ordered it that way.

Since they paid for the venti latte, I would put it in a venti. That happened to me once and I asked my shift and they said that.

I have a lady who orders two tall lattes in a grande cup, extra hot, no foam, extra whip. Then she orders two grande lattes in a venti cup extra hot, no foam, add whip. All of this is during peak and definitely during peak

we have a guy who’s cup is different every time he orders. sometimes he gets a venti in a grande, a grande in a grande, a venti in a venti, a grande in a venti…never once has it been normal.
