first day of training for ssv tomorrow, scared outta my mind (self.starbucksbaristas)

as the title says tomorrows my first day training as a lead! they have me training at a different store so im scared because I dont know anyone nor the layout, this store is newer so they also have the new mastrenas whereas we don’t but I dont imagine itll be much different. either way im beyond anxious and looking for any tips !

i was super nervous at first too! a few of my trainings was simply observing my manager and other supervisors leading a shift and they slowly started having me carry out the tasks they do, which i feel helped me learn a lot quicker. don’t be afraid to ask questions and you’re gonna be amazing!! 💚
