It's not bc its limited to one beverage a day per app and you have to have the app to get the promotion....frappy hour was bogo usually woth zero limits and most stores did not bother back then to hold true to the app part of the promotion..

I am back to report that we had a meeting 5pm-7pm today and they had scheduled my lunch for 545 so I took it early bc like???! Either I don't get paid for being in that meeting or I miss it. The Tuesyay was bullshit bc of the lack of staff and at one point it was only me and 1 other person. 2 ppl!! Running the whole fucking store. Only got 1 break today close to 9pm. Then I extended to 1030 bc the stupid manager once again ruined the schedule bc how is a 3 man team going to cover each other's lunches? This close to closing????? Are they on crack?? Literally the stupidest schedule ever and the worst promotion other than the BOGO frapps on Thursdays. Someone end my suffering and hack into Jeff BEZOS bank account and trickle it down to the rest of us bc I've had enough of this bullshit.

My SM said “we’re going to wait and see how busy it is” when I asked about adding labor for Tuesdays in July. They “Don’t think it’s going to be much busier.”

my sm told us today they had to fight the dm on getting extra labor for tuesdays after the dm said we’d see “maybe 15 extra people” on tuesdays 🥲

Why had a line wrapped around the building from 4:00-9:00 pm my shift almost had a mental breakdown and I was on drive thru bar and my other partner was on cafe bar and save was crying while making drinks because the cafe was so full people were standing outside

I just finished my opening shift. Only about 30% of people knew about the discount. I was letting people know and offering the discount to them if they scanned their app. They can't place separate orders because each account is only good for 1 drink. It was a busy day at my store, but I don't think it was all because of the promo. Have a great shift!

Oh dang okay, thanks for the feedback! I hadn’t realized it was only 1 per customer and that they couldn’t place separate orders (I ordered extra iced cups just for this event🫣), so it’s definitely not like happy hour then… :)

I never worked a happy hour, but I'm guessing it's a little easier to manage than what it used to be. You got this! And I think the extra cups will come in handy the rest of the month. When I told people it was every Tuesday in July, they looked excited and like they would be back😂

It's only one drink off per app per day so it didn't really seem to affect us this morning, it was actually much slower than an average day. I figured people were just hung over and on vacation.

I had to solo DTO/DTR for an hour this morning, which normally isn’t too bad, just a little post peak. But it was so irritating because I was trying to explain to people what it was. I should have just redeemed without saying anything.
