When I look at the shift marketplace on another partner’s phone, there are plenty of shifts on the shift marketplace to claim but I’m never able to see them on my own phone, does anyone know how to fix this? I’ve tried calling the help desk and after that I was able to see some shifts to claim but now I’m unable to again.

So I didn’t know the answer to this until a coworker brought this up, since I have tons of shifts I can take, but she has none. Apparently, your SM has to go in and activate different stores in your district (and slightly out if you want) so that you can see any shifts that are put in the marketplace for that specific store. So say you only wanna take shifts from one store nearby, you would talk to your SM about that, and they do that stuff in their end

I have the same problem and I wish I had answers! I’ve heard a lot of explanations, one being that I work too much, others being people grab shifts too quickly ( which doesn’t explain why I’m not seeing the same shifts available on partners phones )

It is answered above --- your SM has to open the stores around (on their end) for you to see.

This is happening to me too!!!! My coworkers have available shifts but none are appearing on my app or website. Let me know if you find a solution!!
