so my store has gone to absolute garbage. its been bad before, but lately it has taken a huge turn for the worse.

I've been yelled at by shifts and sent home early (when I'm only bing scheduled 10 hours to begin with) over things like.. not having 100% chipper body language all the time? apparently? that's the reason my manager gave me, at least.

I've been told now that "multiple shifts" complain about me, but when I asked a friend who also works there, he hasn't heard a dang thing about it. I've put everything into this job. i worked solo truck for over a year, doing pulls when I shouldn't have been, dealt with shifts who took every even small inconvenience out on partners, and did anything I was told. even despite the fact that I've injured my shoulder so bad my doctor says I might lose movement in it, I still did truck and still work my butt off for my store.

i genuinely loved this job, but whatever happened at the last shift meeting has officially destroyed my store. people are afraid to speak. i have partners calling out more and more for mental health reasons. people are crying in the back. all we get is sent home and complained about to everyone who manages to stay.

they also decided to rehire the shift that threw a cup (one of the porcelain ones we were using to hand out drinks in drive) and called me useless the first week I worked there so! yeehaw. so glad.

I'm done. I'm so absolutely done with this store and how I've been treated the last few years. I'm done with this company and its fake caring. I'm taking the first job that takes me and getting my boss a 'sorry for your loss' card as a resignation letter.

i would have stayed here for so many more years. they broke me. I'm done.
