this is my third week at starbucks and i just got home from my first open training shift. as someone who used to get home from work at 5:30, going in at that time is much better ! my shift wanted to put me in bar while we were slow to learn but literally forgot that i haven’t been trained on it at all. i did reg and cs instead but it felt really nice to be considered capable. i just left a super toxic work environment and starbucks has been nothing but amazing so far ❤️
