when i asked my district manager she told me there wasn’t any rules/limits on it but i’ve seen people on reddit say different time periods so i’m not sure 😭

With how things are going in my district, pretty sure they would hire you back on the spot.

But seriously, while my district manager requires that all rehires get approved by him* and used to be a little picky about it, now there are a lot of stores in desperate need of experienced baristas.

*Pretty sure that’s district policy, not Starbucks policy.

Go to a licensed location (benefits vary depending on grocery store, different levels of hotels, etc). No waiting period, you’re at the top of the application pool because you have experience from corporate and chances are you can negotiate better pay. Put that knowledge to use in a way that benefits you ✌️

I think I heard it's 6 months in Canada

I think I heard that if you’re gone six months then you’re considered a rehire, but if you’re gone less than that you’re not 🤔

You could reapply the next day if you wanted. There is no rule, and even if there was, managers wouldn't necessarily follow it.
