What should I do? (self.starbucksbaristas)

So I applied to Starbucks and got an email from a hiring manager within a couple hours asking a couple questions and if I was available for an interview. I responded pretty immediately but haven’t heard anything and it’s been almost two weeks. Since I’m about to interview for another job, should I send a follow up email or should I just count it as a rejection? I would just really rather work at Starbucks than this other job.

Call the store and ask to speak to the manager. When I was applying for my store there were a lot of applicants and you can easily get lost in the mix. Managers usually like if you take the initiative to reach out and make it known you’re still interested and would like to move forward in some way.
