At least they're taking initiative and trying their best lol I've had a trainee put a cookie in the oven and ended up setting it on fire. She was traumatized on ovens for a solid month.

Side note: wasn’t quite this bad but throwback to one of our baristas putting a tomato mozz in the oven and not hitting the button to warm and us finding it 15 minutes later
