You don't need a tall cup.
Espresso macchiatos are supposed to get just a dollop of foam. Likewise with the con panna, it's just supposed to be a little bit of whipped cream. If you're filling the cup full of whipped cream by default you're doing it wrong.

It’s just an app glitch, the “size” is listed as the number of shots (solo, doppio, triple, quad) but then you can also change the number of shots too. The default size is doopio so that’s why we see it the most

Regardless of how many shots in the system it’ll still print out as a doppio and then list the actual amount underneath.

Wish I knew. It’s done that for as long as I can remember. There’s an occasional time where it will print out correctly but most of the time it looks like this. Does it with just regular espresso too. Like it’ll print out quad espresso but say triple underneath 😒

Aww thank you!!! I needed to hear that! It’s been a little rough. I got super overwhelmed the other day when I did DTO for the first time. But today wasn’t so bad. I know eventually I’ll be much more comfortable! Training is just kinda rough 🫠

Yeah we do have a pretty crazy drive through but I’m going in at opening today even though originally I was scheduled 7am because my trainer asked if we could get some practice on bar so thankfully I’m getting practice back there! :)

Just a name issue with the app. It also sometimes calls any espresso drinks as a Quad Espresso even if it has more than 4 shots
