Hi! I’ve only had 1 raise talk before and it was with a previous SM. I was wondering with the wage increase coming up, if our SM barely gives us a raise are we allowed to ask for more or would we get in trouble. I feel like my SM is going to try and give everyone the smallest amount allowed

Raises will be predetermined by the company based off tenure and market rates. As an SM, I literally have no control over raises. None.
So while you won't get in trouble, just know your SM has no real control over it.
