I was wondering, as a student who’s going to a college an hr away from my current store (which is near my home and I LOVE), should I consider transferring to a store near my college campus? I’ve been a partner for 2 years now and I love the job and the store I work at right now, but I’m not sure how frequently I’d be coming home to work / if it’s even worth (bc of gas prices) it during the school year. On top of that, I was considering trying to promote to SSV if I were to transfer to said new store. I’ve seen a lot of posts saying that it’s not worth the money to promote but I really want to get some leadership experience and try it out. I would love to hear some opinions/experiences😭✨🥰
