How about a list of 5 I had yesterday morning that came in through mobiles at the same time:

Shaken expresso (modified and with 5 shots) --> Shaken expresso (same drink with 5 shots) --> Shaken expresso (extra modified, 10 shots, with milk and extra salted caramel cream cold foam. It literally filled up 95% of the venti cup with just the shots and ice) --> iced Americano (8 shots) --> iced London fog tea latte (who arrived right after they placed it too)

It took so long to pull all those shots and Shaken expressos.

Anything with blonde espresso. We have three espresso machines (the old ones unfortunately) two of them are blonde and the other one is decaf. The blonde ones don’t pull any blonde shots anymore. We’ve fixed them over 12 times now. “Hopper empty” even though it’s full. Or sometimes it pulls shots at 5 seconds and if you calibrate it, it will pull shots at 18-23 seconds twice then it stops working again.

No foam isn’t that bad, if you know it’s coming. Just steam the milk early and let it separate.
