for those of you with an open-concept bar area (tarbucks), how do you combat or deal with *guests* nearly coming into the bar area to watch your every move? personally it raises my blood pressure to astronomical levels and it is incredibly rude. there’s no barrier so they feel free to invade. I hate feeling like i’m in a fishbowl.
