Just had some guy order a grande in a venti black tea no water no ice no syrup. But! He wanted is shaken in ice still then wanted me to fill the rest up with lemonade. I told him it would be an extra charge. He NO! So I gave him a little more. Then he claimed I put my grubby hands all over his drinking spout. I told him I didn't, but still gave a new lid that I made him put on himself so he could ensure I didn't touch it.

I think he thought because he's not getting the syrup he should get the lemonade for free. It was one of those cases where it was better to give him what he wanted rather than making a scene.

If he wants more than 16 oz, it is not a grande. the rest is passable, but you can’t just tell us to fill up a venti and call it a grande??
