This is helpful but I’d like to know if this is US or another country … in the US our teas are unsweetened as a standard
BookDragon199614 points1y ago
Probably an old US one since the teas used to have sweetener in them.
Mea-fae_Owl7311 points1y ago
Definitely old, as I just noticed the pumps of classic used for strawberry frap and matcha frap
coffeegirrrl6 points1y ago
Both of those Fraps still get those amounts of classic though. However you can tell that it's an older tool by the fact that it has the Starbucks Double Shot, which has since been replaced by the shaken espresso

Thank you! I stand corrected. I tend to switch them 🤦🏽♀️

This is super helpful 😊 I thought the salted cream CF recipe build changed last year and now includes 2 pumps of caramel syrup and vanilla syrup in the cold brew? I could be totally wrong though
Decent-Marionberry634 points1y ago
No you’re correct. They standardized all the cold foam drinks so the foam has the flavor and the cold brew just gets vanilla. This chart must be like a year old. Still very helpful tho!

Thank you so much for clarifying this! I swear, the salted cream cf cold brew drink has confused me ever since my early green bean days and for some reason continues to trip me up every time I make it on bar. Maybe because they changed the recipe?
Whenever they change recipes I feel like it trips me up for awhile until I eventually forget the old recipe. When they changed the iced tea standard to unsweetened…ugh the amount of times I went to automatically pump the liquid cane syrup, yikes. Thank goodness iced coffee is still standardly sweetened with classic.
This chart is super helpful, and I appreciate you helping me confirm I’m making salted cream cf cold brew right 😊

Double shit on ice is how i keep reading it

I print this off for green beans that are having trouble remembering the shots and pumps.

Exactly

It’s not perfect but it definitely helps

is this the US or some other place ?
- salted foam is sweet cream + 2 salt packets + 2 pumps of caramel - iced teas aren’t sweetened by standard , it needs to be requested - cold brew pumps are 1/2/3/4 , not 3/4/6/7 - also , remember to ask if people want whip cream if they request non-dairy milks
other than that , it looks great !

I think the only adjustment I would add is the Doubleshot on Ice recipes got adjusted when they changed the name to Shaken Espresso. I think the venti went to 4 shots and the syrup pumps went to standard iced latte counts (3/4/6)
cpv_913 points1y ago
To clarify.. The shaken espresso classic syrup pumps are 1/2 dose pumps. So if you are using a full dose pump is should be 1.5/2/3
Zsgevelin3 points1y ago
Cold brew gets 1,2,3,4 full pumps as standard
kittykaty142 points1y ago
I saw under fraps that the strawberries and creme frap gets 1/2/2 of classic and said there's no way that's right.....I check my Starbucks app to look at the pumps and sure enough it's 1/2/2. I may OR MAY NOT have been putting 2/3/4 👉🏼👈🏼
notyourmarysue1 points1y ago
i didn’t know cappuccinos got one less syrup pump?

Cut these up to index card size, laminated them and put them on a Clip. Made it so easy for green beans to reference.
