THIS!!! I had a woman who was in the trenches for a pup cup. Bestie was so mean for no reason. Like to the point that other customers tracked down my store manager to defend me. It’s so ridiculous, and over a pup cup???

Jeez what is wrong with people? I cant imagine going to a food/beverage establishment for example a mcdonalds and standing there waiting for my shit with a freakin packed lobby and act a fcking fool while waiting for my order. Like imagine standing there and saying some off the wall shit to 2 employees who were clearly visibly understaffed and being overworked just to make ur ass happy. Stupid ass lady..go to fckin dairy queen or some shit if ur grown ass wants a fckin ice cream dessert beverage

some people just don’t have respect for others and think that the world revolves around them. i used to work retail and it does not compare to working at starbucks in the slightest. starbucks customers are just a different breed lmao. many are entitled and rude, but at the end of the day, it’s just coffee. and if they’re having temper tantrums over a cup of joe, that’s their own issue that they unfortunately take out on us.

Had a lady just this week losing her mind because she was in a hurry. She ordered 2 drinks each with 7 shots and we only had one machine up. She screamed "what's taking so long" before shot 3 and 4 pulled for her first drink. I was calm but lost some hope for humanity...

I had this same experience with a guy who wanted a decaf hot coffee. At my store we don’t brew decaf except as a pour over and we explained that to him. He was getting pissed at us though because he didn’t understand what a pour over was. So we dumbed it down even more and basically said it would just take a little longer. Well the person he was with got their simple 2% hot latte and he was still waiting for his pour over. He comes up to the counter and yells “it’s just a coffee! How hard can it be??” AS IF WE DIDNT JUST TELL HIM WHAT A POUR OVER WAS AND THAT IT WOULD TAKE LONGER. some people are just so dumb it’s truly baffling lmao

This is because of Starbucks' "make the moment right" practice. They know how horrible our customers are but they don't care about us, they care about not losing the customers' future money
