(Shouldn’t have to do this but) We put the green delivery stickers on the bottom of the panini bags for this reason.

This happens several times a day at my store. I was running a panini from warming to drive thru when the sandwich just fucking fell through the bottom and went all over the floor.

Yep. Happens all the time. Just depends on the shipment we get. When they do, I use the ticket tape to seal the bag and sometimes it works well, sometimes it doesn’t. But our store only just got a working ice machine this week so we are not really goals or anything lol. I was shocked at what it’s like to blend a frappe with the right ice and not massive chunks from the grocery store.

At least 5 sandwiches met their demise on the floor last shift.

this used to happen for about 2 weeks straight about a month ago. it seems it was a huge manufacturing error. the bags are back to normal now though. although now that i mention it… has anyone noticed the design on the breakfast sandwich bag is sometimes black now instead of green??

Yeah we double the white panini bags with the brown pastry bags every time lol
