hi so at my store we used to have a chart that had how long we date prepped things for (vsc, mocha, fr, etc) and now it's gone and i know how long some things are good for not i'm never 100% sure and i have to ask someone.

so basically i'm wondering if anyone has made a chart or list or something for reference. or if it's on the ipad does anyone know where to find that info :) thanks xxx

On your store iPad, go to the Store Resources app. Once open, scroll to the right on the top row of files for a bit until you come to Shelf Life Standards, then open up Shelf Life Standards. Once open, everything that needs to be dated is categorized by type, like prepped whipped cream is under the Dairy category, things like that.

Whips - 24 hours

Refresher bases - 72 hours
Lemonade (pitchers) - 48 hours
Inclusions - 5 days
Frap chips/powder - 7 days

Mocha/chai - 24 hours
Frap roast - 48 hours
White mocha/dark caramel - 2 weeks

Caramel drizzle - 2 weeks

Cold brew - a week from the time it will be pulled from the toddy

There is definitely info in store resources on the iPad. I don’t remember exactly what the document is called but it is definitely there.
