We have someone ordering a shaken espresso with 10 shots and that doesn’t even fit in the cup… we just drink the rest out and it’s a good bit.

pretty sure they wanted it all mixed but if that was the case i believe the modification would be stirred so i mean… i put oatmilk and then ice and then layered the espresso on top

when upside down, our customers want the milk shaken like a macchiato. i put very little when i shake it and then espresso just poured on top.
