lmao i’m going to have to start doing this for when we run out of breakfast sandwiches, have a sign, take out the sandwiches from the pastry cases and yet they still ask for a breakfast sandwich. bonus points when we tell a customer that we ran out of breakfast sandwiches and the next customer in line asks for the same sandwich even though we just said there were none

to be fair, if we are super low on something (like 2 bacon sausage wraps) we will mark it out to avoid a mobile order of more than we have left.

I mean we mark things out when there’s only 1-3 left. Depending on what is it some customers are so regular they get 2 of blank food item so you mark it out when there’s like 3 left

yeah we do that too, but if it gets super crazy we’ll mark out fraps bc we get a lot of modified mobile orders for them and it slows us down

I love when you're out of lemonade for example and they order a strawberry acai lemonade. You tell them, "I'm sorry we are all out of lemonade today. We can do it with water or coconut milk."

And they proceed with, "Oh okay. Can I get the mango dragonfruit lemonade?"

LOL had a lady order a caramel frapino. That was a new one to me.

Next time our espresso machine breaks down and we have notices posted everywhere, I'm definitely keeping a tally of people who order a latte anyway.

manager is on vacation :’) we had a manager from another store help us and she wouldn’t turn mobiles off for us either. our manager did instacart us some milk though and i feel bad because why should he have to do that if we have a proxy for that exact reason

a largely common thing we’ve had is when someone tries to order the new pineapple refresher, and we TELL THEM WE DONT HAVE PINEAPPLE, they say “oh can i have the paradise drink instead???” or vice versa. people fr don’t know what they’re ordering

The caramel macchiato misnaming always gets me. Yesterday I got “Caramel Mach-attoh”; my all time favorite was “Caramel Macchiatah” because my brain just chanted “tomatah, tomahtah, caramel macchiatah” the rest of the night.

we actually have a couple regulars who sub shots for the frap roast, and when we had the pistachio sauce one of our partners would make a pistachio frap with shots and it was so good
